The working principle of automatic dynamic checkweigher

SG-450 series automatic checkweigher is divided into three sections, namely speed matching section, weighing section, and rejecting section. The detected products flow into the automatic checkweigher through the conveyor belt. One section - speed matching section, sorts and pulls out the products The distance from the product to ensure that each product enters the second stage - the weighing section.

After the product is in the weighing section, the detected weight is automatically measured and the equipment data high-speed processing system compares the measured weight with the standard weight set in advance by the staff to distinguish the normal weight range, light weight and heavy weight Three sizes.

The products in the normal weight range flow directly through the third section of the equipment - the rejection section, and the products with heavy and light weight will be prompted by the sound and light alarm device after being identified by the equipment, and the unqualified products will be automatically rejected by the rejection device in the rejection section.
