The maintenance and cleaning of the dynamic checkweigher mainly consists of the following four steps:

1、 Cleaning the weighing table of the dynamic checkweigher:

After cutting off the power supply of the dynamic checkweigher, unplug the power cord. Soak the gauze and wring it dry, then dip it in a small amount of neutral cleaning solution (such as alcohol), and use it to clean the scale pan, display filter, and other parts of the scale body. The conveyor belt that can be easily loaded and unloaded can be cleaned with warm water. Wash the conveyor belt of the automatic checkweigher machine once a week with warm water at approximately 45 ℃ and soak it in boiling water for about 5 minutes

2、 Cleaning the printer (provided that the device is equipped with a printer):

Cut off the power, open the plastic door on the right side of the scale, hold the plum blossom handle on the outside of the printer, and drag the printer out of the scale. Press the spring on the front end of the printer?, Release the print head, gently wipe the print head with the print head cleaning pen included in the scale attachment. After cleaning and wiping, cover the pen cap to prevent the cleaning solution from evaporating inside the pen. Then wait for two minutes until the cleaning solution on the print head has fully evaporated. Close the print head, push the printer back into the scale body, close the plastic door, power on and test. After printing clearly, it can be used normally.

3、 Main unit cleaning:

(1). It is necessary to cut off the power supply to prevent danger of electric shock before starting to clean the weight sorting machine

(2). When selecting cleaning tools, please use a cloth moistened with water or neutral detergent for cleaning

(3). Do not use diluents or organic solvents such as benzene - to prevent corrosion to objects and the body, which may affect use

(4). Do not use metal brushes to prevent scratches on objects and the body

4、 Maintenance of dynamic checkweigher machine:

(1). If contamination caused by touch and fingerprints cannot be removed with neutral detergent or soap, a sponge or cloth containing organic solvents (alcohol, gasoline, acetone, etc.) can be used to wipe it off

(2). When rust is caused by the adhesion of cleaning agents and cannot be removed with neutral detergent, please use cleaning solution

(3). Rust caused by iron powder or salt during machine operation can be easily removed and wiped clean by wiping with a sponge or cloth containing neutral detergent or soapy water

Kind reminder:

After using neutral detergent or hypochlorous acid aqueous solution as cleaning solution, please rinse it thoroughly with clean water. If used with residual cleaning solution, it may cause early deterioration of the belt and affect the use of the dynamic checkweigher equipment.
