Working principle of sorting checkweigher:

When the object is placed on the weighing pan, the pressure is applied to the sensor, and the sensor is deformed to change the impedance while using the excitation current.

The pressure changes and outputs a varying analog signal. The signal is amplified by an amplifying circuit and output to an analog to digital converter. Converted for easy processing

The digital signal is output to the CPU operation control, and the CPU outputs the result to the display according to the keyboard command and the program.
